we draw from to provide you with the most advanced customer experience
measurement and in-store audit programs, tailored to your company's
unique requirements.
SCOTT HILLER – SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Scott Hiller is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the company’s mystery shopping business. The founder of Speedmark, Mr. Hiller creates an environment that recognizes client needs as vital to the company's success, an environment where new products and services are quickly developed, and where quality and accuracy of data are as important as on-time delivery. His background in consumer product marketing and sales, combined with retail marketing management, provides a professional, relevant, and knowledgeable information base for the company and its clients. He was previously director of merchandising for National Convenience Stores Inc. (Stop N Go) and served in various sales and sales management capacities at Frito-Lay Inc. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and an M.B.A. in Marketing from St. Louis University. ELLYN FILL - VICE
PRESIDENT
Ellyn Fill returned to Shop’n Chek in 1993 following a 12-year
absence spent as a co-founder and active partner of DSA, an international
recruiting firm specializing in the placement of middle to top management
in the food, beverage and hospitality industries. She originally began
work with Shop’n Chek and Shop’n Chek’s sister company,
Invenchek in 1974 – and continued with Invenchek for 12 years
after the organizational split of the two companies. When Invenchek
was acquired by The First National Bank of Boston, Ms. Fill managed
the independently run subsidiary and was named Vice President of the
First National Bank of Boston. During this time, Ms. Fill managed
$25MM+ in a sales finance portfolio for over 40 clients utilizing
Independent Contractors across the country – as well as leading
the operational conversion to a technology-based platform. During
her tenure at Shop’n Chek, Ms. Fill has served in a variety
of positions of increased responsibility culminating with her current
position as Corporate Vice President. She earned a Bachelor of Science
degree from Georgia State University.
