Information, Inc., an emerging Customer Experience Information company,
announced today the acquisition of Shop’n Chek, Inc., a leading
mystery shopping provider and recognized industry pioneer. The acquisition
of Shop’n Chek establishes a solid platform for Market Force’s growth
strategy of acquiring mystery shopping companies and investing in
technology to further enhance the value and utility of the information
it provides to clients.
Privately-held, Shop’n Chek was founded in 1972 and currently serves
clients in 63 countries and territories worldwide. Shop’n Chek has
one of the largest shopper networks in the industry and a blue chip-client
base. Market Force’s mystery shopping operations will remain at
Shop’n Chek’s home office near Atlanta, GA.
